Well this is a lovely place. So is there anyone out there or does a cute little girl have to seek out new life forms on her own?

[There's the sound of buttons being toyed with and the rustle of cloth before the video function clicks on to display a smiling red-headed child with emerald green eyes. She waves at the camera for a few moments before dropping the act and becoming serious. In the background one can see gravestones which just seems to add an ominous tone to her words.]

I suggest whoever is responsible for this force relocation speak up now otherwise I will seek you out~ and we can chat. It's not polite to keep your guest waiting. Perhaps you can bring some tea to the table so we can discuss things like civilized beings. Now can someone tell me where I am and how I got here? I promise I don't bite- unless you annoy me. Then I might just have to on principal.

Hm.. it says my location is in a graveyard in.. a city called Discedo. How much do you know about this place and the surrounding area? I would love to get any information you have.

Ah... thank you. I created it as it would be useful to new arrivals and even those here for a long period of time.

If you use the map, you can locate apartment buildings. It may be a good idea to locate a room, as we are all quite stuck here for now. We were kidnapped by a group of Scientists... Ah, and there is a chip placed inside each of us to prevent any special powers from being used.

That can be removed by a doctor.

Well that explains why I cannot access any of my abilities.What can you tell me about this chip? Why does it need to be extracted by a doctor? Does anyone know exactly how it works? Has anyone ever asked these so called 'scientists' why they're doing this?

...As for apartment buildings, what one would you suggest? Do any of them have electricity? And before I forget, It's rude of me not to introduce myself~.

I am Japan. Ah... the chips are quite small and located in a difficult spot, so knowledge of such things are required. I am not sure if anyone understands how they work. We have asked the Scientists but they are not one to give many answers...

It seems they wish for us to rebuild this place, though.

Also, if electricity is key, I believe... Latimir is the one you would like.

What kind of knowledge? If its biology, I have that covered in ways you couldn't even imagine. Has anyone tried taking a part the chip for themselves to see how it works?



If they want us to rebuild, they didn't give us much to work with from what I see. And yes, Electricity is. I wouldn't be able to carry out my own experiments without it. Do you know if any rooms are open in Latimir? How many residents are there currently? As in how many relocated residents stuck here like we are.

The ability to dissect a body and understand how things work, I assume. I believe the chip is located somewhere where if taken out poorly, it could damage you...

I apologize, though, I do not know much about Latimir. Considering everything that has been happening here, however, I can assure you an empty room will be easy to locate.

A country? Can you explain to me exactly... how you are a country? Though I admit, I'm rather fond of living in the Japan of my world so excuse me if I'm too curious.
